Windows: QuillSetup-x64-1.103.0- NewPlan mode asks first: Just a plan writes a quick plan file, Proper plan asks you a few questions (pages, URL paths, scope), reads your code and writes a plan that follows your project’s own patterns and files.
- NewA finished plan has View plan, Build and Build with Multi-Agent buttons, in the chat and on the plan page.
- NewOpen a chat in a window of its own, put several chats side by side there with the split button, and keep your chat list on the right. Drag a chat tab onto the editor, or out of the window.
- NewEach mode has its own soft color in the mode menu.
- ImprovedAsk mode reads your code before it answers, and can run a command after you approve it, instead of only saying it will check.
- ImprovedPlan mode can run read-only commands you approve, like git log or a test run, while it plans.
- ImprovedFor long scripts the agent waits for the command properly and shows “still running”, instead of timing out again and again.
- FixedThe play button on a command in a chat answer now runs it in the terminal, also when the command is shown as plain text.
- FixedClosing a chat tab no longer deletes the chat: it stays in your history.
- Fixed“Open in a new window” works again, and the “Current thread should never be undefined” error is gone.

Windows: QuillSetup-x64-1.102.4- FixedIn a long chat, an approval card could shrink to a thin line, so the chat looked stuck on “Running”. Cards now keep their full size, the files bar says “Needs approval” and the card scrolls into view.
- FixedClaude Code chats carry on after you restart Quill, instead of sending the whole conversation again. A stopped run can be resumed too.
- FixedThe agent browser no longer times out on a slow network, so QA mode gets its browser: it now starts from the local cache in seconds. If it can't start, Quill says why in plain words and the QA bar has Try again.
- FixedQuestions the agent asks you no longer fail with “Invalid parameters” when a model adds a stray character after them.
- ImprovedAsking for a code change in Ask or QA mode now counts down 5 seconds to Agent mode, with Switch now and Stay buttons, instead of answering without changing anything.
- ImprovedThe speed gauge eases back to 0 when the model pauses or finishes, and keeps the last speed, marked “last”.
